Cephyra® Sirius™ contains activated essential oils of lavender (lavandula angustifolia), chamomile (chamaemelum nobile), bergamot (citrus bergamia), and lemon myrtle (backhousia citriodora) in an organic MCT oil base.

Serving Size:
You can enjoy up to 20 drops of Cephyra® Activated Oils™ a day.
If taking with a beverage, we recommend 3-5 drops per serve. If enjoying in a meal, add Cephyra® Activated Oils™ to taste.
Whether all from Sirius™, or a combination of Cephyra® Activated Oils™, enjoyed straight from the dropper, or as part of a meal or beverage, we recommend taking no more than a total of 20 drops of Cephyra® Activated Oils™ in a day.
