Cephyra® Earth™ contains activated essential oils of rosemary (salvia rosmarinus), lavender (lavandula angustifolia), ginger (zingiber officinale), and clove (syzygium aromaticum) in an organic MCT oil base.
Rosemary is an age-old culinary herb well-known for its warm, woodsy flavour and aroma.
Lavender is familiar for its sweet and calming aroma.
Ginger has been used for millennia and has a sharp, slightly peppery flavour that awakens the senses.
Cloves have a spicey, subtly sweet taste and aroma that warms and invigorates.
Try combining Cephyra® Earth™ with Cephyra® Sirius™ to soothe and revitalise your senses while you relax and unwind, or combine with Cephyra® Mars™ for some warm reinforcement.
Serving Suggestion:
Immerse yourself in the aroma of Earth™ by infusing with warm tea, or nourish yourself by adding Earth™ to a warm meal.
You can also simply enjoy Earth™ on its own!
You can enjoy up to 20 drops of Cephyra® Activated Oils™ a day.
If taking with a beverage, we recommend 3-5 drops per serve. If enjoying in a meal, add Cephyra® Activated Oils™ to taste.
Whether all from Earth™, or a combination of Cephyra® Activated Oils™, enjoyed straight from the dropper, or as part of a meal or beverage, we recommend taking no more than a total of 20 drops of Cephyra® Activated Oils™ in a day.
